Congratulations! Someone special has gifted you a family photography session! This guide will walk

you through everything, from booking your date to receiving your finished images. I can't wait to meet

your family and capture some beautiful, natural moments you'll treasure for years to come.

How to Book Your Session:

Get in touch via email or the contact form on my website to check availability.

Let me know the number of family members attending and any location preferences.

Once a date and time are agreed, I'll send a booking confirmation.

Please quote your voucher code when you get in touch.

Vouchers are valid for 5 years from the date of purchase.

Session Options:

Outdoor sessions — parks, beaches, woodlands, or your favourite local spot. We can chat about

the perfect location for your family.

At-home sessions — relaxed and documentary-style, capturing your family in the comfort of your

own home. Great for little ones who are happiest in familiar surroundings.

What to Expect on the Day:

Sessions are relaxed and unrushed — I will never ask your kids to say cheese!

I focus on real moments: laughter, cuddles, games, and genuine connection.

Sessions last between 60 minutes and 3 hours depending on the voucher purchased.

You don't need to stress about perfect outfits or perfect behaviour — the 'real' moments always

make the best photos.

I'll guide you gently throughout so you always feel relaxed and comfortable.

After Your Session:

Your edited images will be delivered within 4 weeks of your session date.

You'll receive a private online gallery link to view, download, and share your photos.

The gallery will include a curated selection of fully edited, high-resolution images.

Printing, albums, and wall art can be ordered directly, just ask for details.

Good to Know:

Outdoor sessions are weather-dependent. If it's raining on the day, we'll reschedule no stress, no

charge.

Rescheduling is fine with at least 24 hours' notice.

Vouchers are non-refundable but are fully transferable to a friend or family member.

Have a newborn or very young baby? Just let me know — I'll schedule around nap times!
